Attalus’s dam, Queen Interagro [Danúbio III (MV) x Cigana III (MLC)], is among the top ten Interagro brood mares. Being a son of the fantastic Danúbio III (MV), probably the best Lusitano stallion of modern times, and Cigana III (MLC) the most important of all founding mares of the Interagro Lineage, Attalus comes with an extraordinary pedigree. Quixote and Queen Interagro are both by Danúbio III (MV) which gives Attalus the most desirable and difficult, if not impossible to find, consanguinity on this top stallion. To obtain a very pure, consanguineous horse like Attalus takes a tremendous amount of time to develop.
