Nicola (MAC)
Bred by Manuel Coimbra (MAC); his
offspring from the generations T, U, V, X and the youngsters
from letters Z and A, have an exceptional quality confirming the
expectations that motivated the acquisition of this extremely
good-looking horse. His offspring, already over 100 individuals,
of which 17 mares incorporated to the Interagro brood-mare group
also includes two official Interagro stallions: Tufão Interagro
and Tornado Interagro, both producing outstandingly well.
Another of his sons, Temporal Interagro, was trained in Portugal
and sold to Spain; three others were exported to the USA and two
to Australia. Nicola’s offspring distinguish themselves by their
easy, docile temperament and riding abilities. Several of his
offspring have won important prizes in North American and
Brazilian National Shows. Just as an example, his son Udine
Interagro won his class in morphology (1st. place, Gold Medal,
five-year-class) and the second place in dressage (Elementary
Class) at the Brazilian nationals in 2005.
Nicola MAC’s father, Hábil MV is a
Veiga stallion from the Firme/Nilo/Novilheiro lineage; he has
produced some very good sons at the Coimbra’s, like Perdigueiro
MAC, now serving at Interagro. Nicola’s mother, Heroína MAC, is
a daughter of Distinto MAC Great Champion in Lisbon. Both,
Distinto MAC and Hábil MV are now in Brazil. Large-sized and
morphologically correct, Nicola MAC consistently ‘stamps his
signature’ on all of his male and female offspring of beautiful
forward-thinking horses.
