Ufano II (MV)
Ufano II (MV) is a son of famous
Maravilha (MV), a very important Lusitano stallion famous for his
excellent offspring and Jagra (MV), a daughter of the widely
known Bailador (MV). Ufano was mounted by the famous Portuguese
bullfighter Paulo Caetano and produced an exceptional offspring
bearing this gentleman's brand. While in Portugal he serviced in
many other coudelarias, among them: Irmãos Serrano and Quinta de
Flandes; in the latter, he produced the extraordinary Afiançado
de Flandes (CQF), many times International Champion, imported into
Brazil by the late Toni Pereira in the late seventies, becoming
one of the most important Lusitano stallions in the country.
When imported by Interagro, Ufano II (MV) was already an old senior
stallion; in his few remaining days of life, Ufano II (MV) sired a
limited offspring of the "U" and "V" generations.
